Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Orders* will ship within three business days from the date of the finalized order. Shipping charges will be added to the order. However, we offer free shipping for all orders over $50.
*Custom orders- Please allow 7-10 days for manufacture then custom orders will receive pictures of each item in the order and will need prior approval before shipment is made.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for normal delivery.
Our Warranty Disclaimer and Return Policy

Natural Gemstones will have some variances in color and texture, however, we give you 10 days from the date of delivery to return the item for any reason for a refund.
While we d our best to ensure items will arrive without any damage, we know that items could be damaged during shipment.
Trendi By Design will determine if any damaged item will be repaired, replaced, or issue a refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom made or customized items require prior approval by email, thus they are not eligible for a refund.
